HOPE Mallorca Red Wine HELP HOPE LOVE Edition

Grape Varieties: Merlot - Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah - Callet

Alcohol content: 13.5%.

Harvest: Harvested exclusively by hand in 15 kg bins.

Vinification: Blending with the skins for a greater yield of flavours and aromas. Fermentation with own yeasts at a temperature of 17 °C. Gently pressed. Maceration and ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting notes: Intense garnet red colour of good density with burgundy tones. Clean and bright. Compact on the nose, with aromas of good consistency with a mineral background. Notes of fresh red fruits and slightly balsamic. On the palate, the wine is balanced and full-bodied, with good moisture. The alcohol is well integrated. Round and pleasant, smooth and persistent.
